Melissa grew up in Occoquan Virginia, a quaint small town in Northern Virginia. She graduated from Averett College in Danville, Virginia, with a degree in Marketing. The next decade of her life was spent in the yachting industry as a stewardess on private yachts. Always having an interest in real estate, this is a natural career choice and what better place to sell than the Outer Banks.
